Have you ever been at a point in your life where you wish there was a book that would just give you the answers? A guide to tell you how to process it, tell you how to get through what is happening to you, or give you the advice that you need at that exact moment.

I know I have been there many times throughout my life. Wishing I could find something that would just fall in my lap and give me the answer so I did not have to think about my struggles anymore.

When I look back through life, there have been times that people were put in my path that said the right things or offer the right advice. But when I was going through my divorce, I was desperately searching for answers.

  • Where do I go from here?

  • How do I heal from this?

  • How do I not make the same mistake again?

I would have to admit, during my searching, I did find many blog posts, books, websites, and speakers that really helped me through. I am close with my family and friends and would often share and talk with them, but at times I needed something outside my circle to help me see clearly.

Over the past few years, I have learned a lot about myself and who I am. As I have shared my experience of healing with family and friends, the one recurring thing that I have heard is ‘I just want a book to tell me how to get through and feel good again.’

Needless to say, this has been nagging at my heart for a long time. I have felt a strong desire to do something to help and I am close to making it come true. I have compiled what I have learned and put it into a book. My book is in the publishing stages now and should be released within a month or two. I am excited about this book because it goes through all the steps I went through for my healing process.

The friends and family who have read this book, have said the steps in it could help many people, those who have gone through divorce and those who feel a little lost in life. From my perspective, if I can help just a few to heal and feel like they are not alone, then my book is a success.

This book will outline 11 steps that I went through that helped me on my healing journey. I will not proclaim this is a ‘fix-all’ book or that it has all the answers, but I believe that if you follow just a few steps, it will help you find a better place in your life. It helped me create positive habits, to look at myself through loving eyes, to forgive, to let go of my past, and to open myself to a beautiful future.

Did you know, you are worth the time to heal yourself. You are loved. You are amazing. God created you and all your beauty. He wants you to live a life with peace, love and joy by finding your path to healing from your past, you deserve it and it is time!
