I love the song by Bob Marley, Three Little Birds.
Don’t worry about a thing, ‘cause every little thing is going to be alright.
The first time I heard this song was in the 2007 movie I Am Legend with Will Smith. In the movie, this was a song that brought him peace and light in his darkness. The lyrics are:

Each of us has this power. A quote that I have at my desk at work is Take One Little Right Action. I like this, because I know I cannot control everything that happens to me, but I can control how I view it. I choose to see light or to see darkness; see the positive or focus on the negative.
Each of us has the power to control how we view things, how we interrupt them, and how we react to them. Now, I would love to say that I woke up one day and saw everything through rose-colored glasses, but that is not true. When I changed my mindset on how I view my world, it took practice, and I still am making the small changes every day to see my world in a positive light through the eyes of peace, love and light.
God wants us to be happy, to love one another, to live in peace. We have things that happen to us or family/friends, whether it is an illness or loss, a bad relationship, loss of a job, or financial struggles… this list could go on and on, but we have to take the little right actions to change ourselves to find good and light in the darkness.
I encourage you to find peace and light with where you are, write your list of what you want to change, start with the most important and make little right actions to change. Be patient with yourself, love yourself, and find peace with yourself. We are all human. Some days we will do better than others, but we need to keep reminding ourselves of who we want to be.
