3. What should I wear? We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and engage fully in the day’s activities. Feel free to dress casually, as the workshop will be a time of personal reflection and healing.
4. Is food provided? Yes! We will have breakfast snacks, coffee, and water available in the morning, and a light lunch will be provided. We’ll keep the schedule moving to respect your Saturday, so there will be minimal downtime, allowing you to stay focused and engaged throughout the day.
5. Do I need to bring anything? We encourage you to bring a journal or notebook for reflective writing and any personal materials you'd like to use during the workshop. You’ll be provided with all the materials you’ll need to engage fully in the event.
6. Is there anything I should prepare before the workshop? No specific preparation is required, but we encourage you to come with an open heart and mind, ready to engage in the healing process. It’s also helpful to come prepared to reflect on your own journey, as there will be journaling exercises.
7. What is your refund policy? We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel, we offer a full refund if you notify us up to 7 days before the event. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given after this time, but your registration can be transferred to another participant.
