Who are the Jones' and why do we try to keep up with them?
We are each unique. We each have our own problems/concerns/struggles in life. Whether you are the richest or the poorest, everyone has struggles and has lessons to learn in life.
We each have to walk our own path. But many times we look to others and judge ourselves by thinking we should be where they are.
I feel we become who we need to be by the life we live. We grow at our own pace and life confronts us with the lessons that are most relevant for us and our growth.
If we continue to learn and grow from our lessons, and try to be the best person we can be, I feel it will lead us in the right direction for our unique lives. Just because the Jones' are where they are, it does not mean that’s where you’re supposed to be.
The grass isn’t always greener, even if it appears to be. Take care of your grass and keep your side of the street clean..
