BLIND FAITH

We all go through periods of change in our lives. Maybe it is finding a new job, transitioning from owning a house to renting, starting a new career path, getting married or divorced or transitioning to empty-nesters.

Each of these can cause a significant amount of anxiety or stress in your life. Do you worry or do you have blind faith that it will all work out?

This post is not about some amazing revelation of me finding all the answers. I know what I want, and that is to have blind faith that it will all work out. But it doesn’t always work that way, or better yet, my mind doesn’t work that way.

When I am in a time of change, sometimes I feel at peace and that everything is happening as it needs to and other times I feel very anxious. Fear of the unknown steps in and takes over my brain.

I am asking your advice today. When you are in these kinds of situations, what do you do? Have you found something that helps you through? Do you worry over the details and what you cannot control and let that drive your mood? Or to you focus on having blind faith and know that it will all work out for the best?

Share with me what you do. I am looking forward to hearing from you!

Sending peace, love and joy to you my friend. Sam
